Stimac Youth’s An Associates is looking for dedicated and professional Security Flex Officers to join our team. The Security Flex Officer ensures the safety and security of facilities, acting as a visible deterrent to crime and enforcing client policies. You will respond to security threats, monitor property, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Monitor and patrol assigned locations to maintain security
🔹 Act as a visible deterrent to prevent security incidents
🔹 Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and emergencies
🔹 Enforce company and client policies professionally
🔹 Respond to incidents calmly and efficiently
🔹 Use security technology and reporting systems as required
