Calling All 12th Graders!
Win Big! We’re searching for the top young leaders in the Bahamas who excel in academics, leadership, communication, and professionalism.
But that’s not all! If you’re skilled with your hands, have a natural talent, or are creative and think outside the box, we want YOU to register!
Who Can Register?
Whether you’re from Nassau, Grand Bahama, or one of the beautiful Family Islands, this competition is for you! A final list of 25 students will come together for the grand finale.
Prizes You Could Win:
⦁ 1st Prize: $1,000 Cash Award
⦁ 2nd Prize: $500 Cash Award
⦁ 3rd Prize: $250 Cash Award
And there’s more! The top 3 winners will receive a 6-month paid internship with leading companies in the Bahamas! ⦁ Competition Format for the Intro Round
(As we select our Top 25 Candidates before the final event, students from the Family Islands can participate online. However, all final candidates will need to be present in Nassau, Bahamas for the final event.)
Step 4: Submit a Video Introduction
Record and upload a 30-second video telling us why you’re excited about the competition and what makes you a great candidate!
Step 5: Review and Submit
Check all your information, then hit Submit to finalize your registration.
Step 6: Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps. Be sure to check your inbox and follow the instructions to prepare for the competition!

After you’ve registered, your next step is to submit a 30-second video introduction. Here’s what to include in your video:

⦁ Your Talent (singing, dancing, comedy, playing an instrument, etc.)
⦁ Why you should be chosen to enter the competition
This is your opportunity to tell us why you’re excited to participate and showcase your unique talents!
Questions & Judging Criteria
During the competition, you will also be presented with questions on various topics concerning the Bahamas. You’ll have the chance to choose a topic and provide your solution to a specific issue.
You will be judged on the following:

⦁ Speech
⦁ Body Language
⦁ Talent
What Happens After You Submit?
⦁ Video Review: Once you upload your video, it will be reviewed by our selection team.
⦁ Selection of Top 25 Finalists: The top 25 candidates will be chosen to participate in the grand finale in Nassau, Bahamas on November 28, 2025.
